Architectural & Structural Drawings

As soon as you have approved the early design concepts that we present to you, we will move on to draft the detailed floorplans. We work with leading Structural engineers who use our architectural drawing services 2D plans to calculate and produce structural drawings. This information is for items such as steel beams, foundations, structural slabs and any structural walls.  

Site Survey

Our initial site visit is extremely flexible, we are always available to visit at a time that suits you. At this stage we will come to measure up the property and get an initial brief from yourself on what you want to achieve.

Planning

One of the most important parts of our architectural design services is submitting and getting granted planning permission for your project. Our architectural services are London based so our architects have very good knowledge with London councils planning restrictions and rules.

Plumbing

We offer a highly professional service throughout London, using a team of qualified and experienced plumbers, we can provide you with a solution, from a plumbing related problem to the design and creation of a new bathroom or kitchen.

Electrical

Our electricians can deal with any problem, undertaking electrical test inspections, diagnostics, fault finding, and more. 
They can carry out all types of domestic and commercial electrical work from a new plug socket to a complete, or partial, rewiring of your property.

Carpentry

Our carpenters provide services for such things as doors, windows, floors, staircases cupboards or complete refurbishments.

Masonry

We can construct your project solutions from scratch, or provide reliable repair and maintenance for all stonework on your property including waterproofing, acid washing, repointing and any customized masonry repair work.

Roofing

Our roofing team are experienced professionals in renewing or repairing all types of roofs and can undertake everything from a small leak to a completely new roof. They will repair, clean, or fit guttering, downpipes, fascias and soffits and can fully insulate all types of roof, including pitched and flat roofs, in accordance with Part L of the building regulations.

Landscaping

Innovative and inspirational designs created for private, residential gardens, roof terraces, commercial outside spaces and schools. We spend time discussing the different materials available to complement your design and helping you make informed decisions before construction begins.
